OUR IMPACT
Our ingredients include Zambian Beeswax - using our local beeswax provides local small scale beekeeping, encouraging forest protection and an alternative income to charcoal making.
For the same reason we use Cold Pressed Indigenous seed oils in our products to encourage harvesting of seeds rather than chopping of trees for charcoal making.
Zambia has a very communal culture, in the best of ways. That means when one person is employed they more than likely support their extended family in one way or another. That is true for our team too. So we like to help a little further by paying for costs that go towards education within their families. Education is really important to us here and we truly believe that with a level playing field everyone can rise up together.
